Hecate Energy was awarded a 10MW PPA with the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC).  Hecate Energy led the project’s development, financing and construction.  This project was sold to Dominion Energy at COD which was achieved in Q2 2017.  This was one of the first utility-scale solar projects completed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
